How can I purchase tickets?
Advance tickets can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com.
On show days, you can buy tickets at the Box Office at the gate of the Ting Pavilion for all shows currently on sale. Tickets can also be purchased in person from the Jefferson Theater box office, open 2 hours before any performance and during regular box office hours every Thursday and Friday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Our box offices accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Don’t fall victim to scalpers! Tickets for all events at the Ting Pavilion, Jefferson Theater and The Southern are sold exclusively through Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Jefferson Theater box office. We are not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than through these two channels. Please be careful when searching for tickets online as many of the first results are often third-party scalpers and should be avoided (i.e. Tickets-Center, Ticketsales, VividSeats, Stubhub, SeatGeek, etc). We cannot verify tickets purchased through third parties in advance for you and our box office staff will not be able to resolve any issues involving them, such as lost or invalid tickets.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled. In the event of bad weather, the show will go on as long as the artist is at the venue and able to perform. In the event that a show has to be canceled for any reason, we will update the website to indicate whether the show will be rescheduled or whether refunds will be issued. If you have purchased your tickets online or through our call center, you will be notified automatically.
What type of payment does Ting Pavilion accept?
The box office accepts CASH, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Beer and wine tickets can be purchased with cash or cards. The Merchandise counter typically only accepts CASH. There are several ATM’s located within a block of the theater.
