Jobs at Ting Pavilion

The 2023 concert season lineup is looking stellar so far!  But before we can get started, it takes a great team of talented folks to make everything work. Come join us at the Ting Pavilion and help make the shows happen. We are currently hiring for a variety of positions and would love to find the right spot for you. Please read below for our openings and send us an email at jobs@tingpavilion.com (with job type in subject line) telling us a little about yourself and why we need you on our team.

Operations and Concessions Crew

Ting Pavilion is looking for a few hard-working additions to our Operations Crew. This is seasonal, part-time, mostly outdoor work from April thru November each year. The job is physically demanding and takes place in all weather conditions as you set up and take down for all events. The Ops Crew is who makes the Pavilion run! You will get to see what happens behind the scenes and how shows come together.

Hours will vary each week and can be flexible. There will be some very long days and most Fridays.  We pay a competitive starting wage of $17 an hour, with quick raises for those who earn them. Additionally, we provide meals on show days and complimentary tickets to our concerts. We also will pay you to get trained and certified with OSHA, ABC, crowd management, forklift and manlifts, etc. Your pay will rise as you get certified and as you show us your skill set and desire to contribute to the team.

 Box Office Assistants

We need some friendly and helpful folks to assist in our box office on concert evenings.  Some familiarity with ticketing is helpful but we can train the right person. Hours are usually 5-9PM and can be any day of the week. Pay starts at $15 an hour and you can stay for the show after your shift.

Hospitality Assistants

When a national touring artist comes to the Pavilion, we want to welcome them and make sure their stay with us is comfortable and easy and that they leave feeling well taken care of. We are looking for assistants to help with catering set-up and tear down, stocking dressing rooms, and just taking care of the details. Friendly, competent, and high standards are very important.  Hours can be flexible with early morning or late evening shifts available. Starting pay of $15 an hour.
