This family-friendly cultural festival is hosted by Sin Barreras/Without Barriers, a local nonprofit working year-round to empower immigrants and their families in Central Virginia, focusing on the Hispanic/Latino population, by educating, advocating and supporting their needs.

Over 4,500 people attend this family-friendly festival each year because it offers fiesta fun for everyone, including continuous live music and dance performances on the mainstage (with dancing in front of the stage for everyone who wants to join in!).
